*Still only eats Kashi fruit bars, nuts, peanut butter or cheese crackers, yogurt sticks, and drinks OJ. THAT'S IT! He weighs around 30 lbs. w/clothes on!
*Still pouts or cries every morning when he finds out he has to go to preschool, but always happy at pick-up
*Counts to about 20, but gets a little mixed up in the mid-teens. Loves identifying shapes everywhere we go...street signs are a big one, triangles, circles, squares. Counted to 5 in Spanish yesterday, I almost fell over. I guess he picked that up from Ava. I don't work with him like I did with Ava...slacking in my parenting duties I guess.
*Likes to dig in the dirt and swing on the tire swing. He will stay outside for about 20 minutes, then tells me it's either too hot, too sunny, too something...and then usually says "go inside, orange juice and Mickey". He lacks energy, but then look at what he is eating and that explains everything.
*He has sat on the potty 3 times this week, but only for a brief minute, and only for hopes of getting an M&M (which he was denied!). Most of the time he tells us the potty is too yucky (like a messy diaper is not!!).
*Almost can pedal his tricycle. He is about 1/4" too short. Can't wait for him to be able to ride it!
*His speech is about 90% understandable, and he can finally speak in small sentences.
*He bats his eyes or closes them completely when he is getting into trouble. It's very hard not to laugh when he does his. Most of the time he goes to the time-out step with a smile on his face :)
*He continues to be SO comical, cute, lovable, challenging, exhausting, affectionate, STUBBORN...and the most adorable little guy ever. Makes me smile every day!
